The KCG customer had some problems to maintain the IATF certificate due to an uncertain situation in the company. Several organizational changes brought negative impact on the Quality Management System, which puts the IATF certification and the customer deliveries at risk.
KCG standard 4 Phasing approach allowed our experienced Consultant with hands-on mentality to perform a deep organization Quality Management System analysis, identifying the gaps and risks, establishing together with the customer team the actions to prepare for the IATF audit.

After the IATF audit certification, all non-conformities and related actions were closed, accepted and validated by the Certification Body Auditor.
