Short profile

Hans GERL is a member of our Advisory Board with a focus on Supply Chain Management. He has 35 years of cross-sector professional and management experience in consulting and industry, especially in organizational development, Process Management, Lean Production, Logistics, Supply Chain – and Supplier Management.
As a former partner in a consulting firm he knows the consulting business very well.
He has built up his extensive industrial experience in leading positions in Food & Drink, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology and Automotive. At the BMW Group, he was successfully responsible for securing supplies for all plants worldwide for many years.
Since 2022 he supports and accompanies the KORN CONSULT GROUP with his experience and expertise on its way to become the leading logistics and supply chain consultant.

Achievements

Hans GERL knows the consulting business and the consulting market. As a former partner and senior consultant, he has experience in setting up, managing and developing a successful consultancy. He has built up an international expertise and reputation in lean production and logistics/SCM, process reengineering and change management, efficiency and location assurance programmes in approx. 50 cross-sector projects.
