Thomas STÖLTING has technical training in the field of machine construction as well as additional training for technical business economists. Furthermore, he took part in several trainings, for example, in the area of safety-relevant automotive parts, quality management, auditing, risk, and escalation management as well as on personality and manager training. Thomas STÖLTING has managing experience of more than 18 years within the automotive- and automotive supplier industry. He acquired experience with the following companies: Magna, Takata, YMOS, Happich, KOKI. During his project experience, he offered support to Magna, Grammer, Grupo Antolin, among other customers. He speaks German and English.

Achievements

Thomas STÖLTING has international managing experience within the quality sector of the automotive industry. In the scope of his carrier, he collected experience as a long-term quality manager of a global action Tier-1 of safety-relevant interior parts. Within this function, he took over the steering of several quality activities, even in the critical environment. Experience with implementing quality key performance indicators and the corresponding reporting is made. For control as well as improvement of production and quality processes, Thomas STÖLTING conducted target-oriented weakness analyses as well as supplier audits.
