KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by an international tire manufacturer from Japan with the task of adapting its business processes to the requirements of the new IATF 16949 standard within the framework of a project. The extensive project, which was carried out by an experienced senior consulting team, included the definition and implementation of the new processes in the procedural landscape in addition to the training of the process managers. The client team was supported through coachings in order to effectively use their process tasks.
