KORN CONSULT GROUP Mexico is delegated by a Tier 1 Automotive global supplier to analyse the subsidies in Mexico according to VDA 6.3 and to indicate the improvement operational potentials. As a result of the project a SWOT analysis is also made available, together with the audit report, which allows a high degree of customer satisfaction and exceeds their expectations.
