A global Tier 1 provider for the automotive industry has requested KORN CONSULT GROUP to conduct an analysis of the deficiencies of a sub-provider from Poland. The main focus is on the analysis of the production processes. For the successful implementation of the project, the services of an experienced Senior Consultant were used.
