A Chinese manufacturer of decorative and functional components for the automotive sector commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP in China for management consulting for the application of the VDA 6.3 standards. The local senior consultant team carried out the project bilingual in Mandarin and English at the customer’s site. The project could be implemented successfully due to the expert knowledge of quality management methods according to VDA 6.3 and ISO TS 16949.
