KORN CONSULT GROUP has been tasked by a globally known supplier of oscillation technique in the automotive sector, to explain the problems and set the clauses to a Hungarian supplier. This supplier had problems both with regard to capacity and delivery. An experienced senior project manager has analyzed the EXISTING status of instruments and equipment, as well as the existence of the complete documentation regarding the planning of capacities and verifications on site in Hungary. Afterwards, a detailed analysis was made regarding the main causes of the mentioned problems and shortcomings. Therefore, a structured action plan was created, for improving the present performance of this supplier, plan which is to be applied with the implementation of the project at the supplier’s location.
