The KORN CONSULT GROUP in Mexico was commissioned by an OEM to carry out supplier evaluations. For this purpose, the suitable evaluation criteria were settled together with our local Senior Consultant and then determined on site at the suppliers. We presented the evaluation results to our customer. These are the fundamentals for long-term strategic decisions in future collaboration with suppliers.
