The Korn Consult & Partner team receives the contract from a globally successful Tier 1 automotive supplier for a coaching project on leadership quality. The expert team works in the analysis phase and focuses on the SWOT views and causes. Based on the latter, the necessary activities and managers are selected do take over an “on the job” coaching to support the implementation. Some standard processes such as Shop Floor Management, target tracking, leadership roles in the organization are set as priorities and benefit from a sustainable implementation in the leadership context.
