The Korn Consult and KC & Partner team of experts is given the commission to develop an automotive supplier in Europe, from Tier 2 to Tier 1. A holistic counseling approach is applied, which is based on special methods developed by the Korn Consult Group. Within the project, the entire management and managerial structure, the project management, the production and procurement are analyzed. The Korn Consult Group accompanies both the conceptual and the operational implementation.
