The KORN CONSULT GROUP got commissioned to conduct a process optimization for the plant of one of the world’s biggest First Tier automotive manufacturers in eastern Europe. An international team consisting of experienced consultants worked in this technology excellence project together, in order to achieve the customer’s set goal.
