As a result of the short-term success in conducting supplier audits and their development, the cooperation between a European new customer developing methanol fuel cell solutions and the KORN CONSULT GROUP for global supplier management was extended. The supervised suppliers are located in Europe and China. The project is successfully implemented by local Senior Consultants with local language skills and excellent practical knowledge in quality and supplier management.
