KORN CONSULT GROUP China has created within 48 hours a „task force”, responsible for management assurance to a customer in China. SOP implementation at the customer is planned for the first quarter of 2016. The project objective is to ensure the necessary structure of the project as well as the operative industrialization maturity until SOP. The project implementation insurance activity was delegated to two local consultants. The project includes activities of project management, industrialization, production and providers’ management. The added value, resulting from the work developed by KORN CONSULT team, has been already detected after ten days from the start of the project.
