The Mexican location of KORN CONSULT GROUP has been tasked with the creation of a production facility regarding the moving of a global motor car supplier on the territory of Brazil. This long term project is accompanied by a senior project manager and a senior consultant. The basis for this tasking consists of the ensuring of a detailed supply, logistics planning, storage area organization and ensuring the availability of machines by observing the timetable prescribed by the client. The objective is to transfer the supply capacity without problems and disruptions and to ensure high quality.
