A global manufacturer of dynamic vibration systems for the automotive industry commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP for a critical task force project. The project had a high priority for the customer, so that the project started successfully on site within two days. The appointed Executive Consultant and the Senior Project Manager took over the management of the project at short notice with the objective of stabilizing the process performance and developing a continuance concept. At the same time, the supply of the end customer had to be ensured at increased retrievals. The regulation and improvement of further process-related key-figures (KPI`s) was also part of the task, which has been successfully solved.
