A leading industrial trucks manufacturer commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP to develop a quality management sysytem in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 for a plant in eastern Europe. The quality management system (QMS) had to be complemented additionally with the requirements from the ISO/TS 16949:2009 for the production- and quality field. The placed order contained an analysis of the current state, the development of an overall concept, the determination of a roadmap, the implementation, as well as the overall project- effectiveness confirmation at the end of the project.
