The KORN CONSULT GROUP received a contract from a manufacturer in the field of safety technology to further develop existing management systems at a location. The company is already ISO 9001 + 14001 certified and now needs support in implementing IATF 16949. For this purpose, the consultant team conducts a GAP analysis and then prepares a detailed concept including the implementation activities. The implementation assignment includes coaching activities, in order to transfer the expertise sustainably to the customer organization.
