The main focus was the consequent elimination of non-value adding activities and transparency in the internal Bottleneck Management and thus the elimination of existing bottlenecks. After 4 months, the production output could be increased by >30 %, the internal inventories could be reduced by 20 % and the special trips could be reduced by 75 % as well.
