The group Korn Consult and KC & Partner receives the task to improve the financial indicators of a start-up company. An experienced manager steps in to support different levels of management and brings the expertise, in order to achieve the targeted results in a very short time. In the second phase, the project is supported by management coaching, which aims at sustainable successful results.
