The KORN CONSULT GROUP in Mexico was commissioned by an OEM to undertake an escalation project with a supplier. At two locations, our Consultant carries out a GAP analysis of all processes, primarily in logistics and production. The quality system will also be reviewed so that improvement measures can be taken to ensure that the stop of delivery is lifted as soon as possible.
