KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by a global manufacturer of energy storage systems for the equipment, standard and automotive industry with the gap analysis to the IATF 16949: 2016 at a European location. For this order, a certified Senior Technical Expert (16949) as well as an experienced Senior Consultant were employed, who successfully implemented the extensive project. The project consisted on an analysis and concept phase, with the result to determine the Delta to the IATF 16949 and to develop an implementation concept.
