The global KORN CONSULT GROUP Academy is a yearly event that features strategy workshops for our global management team. The main goal is to encourage teamwork and share expert knowledge among colleagues. A wide variety of current topics was discussed including Results 2019, Targets 2020, Reverse FMEA, VDA News and E-Mobility. This year’s event featured a talk by Prof. Dr. Dust on a new software tool based on data mining for supplier management with respect to digital value chains. The IT tool is being developed by the team from TSM (Total Supplier Management) and is integrated into business processes of industry clients in cooperation with KORN CONSULT GROUP.
