The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned by an OEM to implement requalifications at Tier 1 suppliers in Romania. The commissioned Senior Consultant is a local consultant with relevant language skills and hands-on product experience in process analysis according to VDA 6.3. The project was successfully implemented for all parties involved.
