Korn Consult receives a project in the U.S. to implement the ISO / TS 16949 management system standard. Furthermore, the team will lead the operational implementation following the VDA 6.3 processes assessment and QM structures at a Tier 1 supplier. The goal is to create the QM processes and structures in order to successfully handle the direct delivery to the OEM on a long-term basis.
