KORN CONSULT GROUP took over for an important client, very satisfied with the previous cooperation, the activity of coordinating a production site in China. The main objectives of this project are the implementation of verification circuits, the cooperation regarding the reorganization of the site, and the organization and supervision of the improvement measures, respectively.
