An existing customer in the NON-Automotive field delegates the KORN CONSULT team from Eastern Europe to improve the levels of the First Time Pass Rate indicator. The scope of the delegated tasks, with the implementation of a decisive phase model, consists of the following project phased stages: ANALYSIS, DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION and EFFECTIVENESS. After a brief analysis phase, the overall concept is thus developed successfully and presented to the decision committee. The customer authorizes the concept presented by KORN CONSULT GROUP in its entirety, to be transposed and implemented.
