In the Czech Republic, an interim management position is transferred to the Senior experts of KORN CONSULT GROUP, in order to improve the internal and external communication with the customers as well as with the employees. The specialty know-how and experience in the field are guarantees of success and were met efficiently by the teams of consultants. After 3 weeks of this successful project, an additional order has already been placed in the context of establishing new spheres of attributions with changed objectives and new theme content.
