The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from an international leading manufacturer of industrial trucks, to improve the quality management systems in a plant from eastern Europe. This extensive project consists of the quality management systems optimization in the areas: documentation, supplier management and support with the implementation of error prevention measures.
