The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a chinese automotive supplier to improve their quality management maturity level. A senior consultants and one consultant provide assistance to the customer in order to achieve this goal. The assistance consists in the workplace organisation and the process improvement in accordance with the 5S method. Furthermore, an implementation project was started in order to improve the maturity level. The project was based on a previous weakness analysis and was successfully implemented.
