In our Competence Center Operations, newly created in 2020, measurability and transparency of Production – Key Performance Indicators are the top priorities.
In a current project for a new customer that is organically growing, there is a lack of transparency on the shopfloor and real production performance due to the doubling of production capacities.
The KCG team has designed a customized shopfloor management system and provides additional support through coaching over a longer period of time. The P&L shows a measurable improvement of actual €750,000.
