As part of an in-house improvement program, the KORN CONSULT GROUP received a contract from a new customer to analyze a Chinese production site. The aim of this Technology Excellence Project in China – after a profound organization and local SWOT analysis on site – is to determine the initial situation and develop a sustainable concept for stabilization of the location. The team used in this project consists of an European experienced Senior Project Manager and an accomplished, local Senior Consultant who find acceptance and on-site support. This will exceed the set objectives of the customer order.
