A OEM hired the KORN CONSULT GROUP in Mexico to support in an interim project by one of it´s Tier 1 suppliers currently involved in an escalation status. One challenge was to quickly turn the supplier’s situation around in project management by industrializing the manufacturing process, therefore, reducing the high levels of scrap that caused delivery problems, so that perfect deliveries will be made again in the future.
