From a manufacturer of coil springs and stabilizers for suspensions, the KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order for interim management. Focus of the project was the development of a strategic logistics overall concept including processes, tasks and responsibilities at the business unit level. The nominated interim manager is an expert in logistics and supply chain management, as well as in the implementation of control loops (PDCA). By finishing the project a professional functional concept in was handed over to the new logistics management at the end of the project.
