KORN CONSULT GROUP US Inc. was commissioned to do an interim project by a Chinese supplier engaged in the development and production of surface-coated components such as injection molding and electroplating. The focus lies hereby on Launch Management at an American production facility. The employed Senior Project Manager plans to build the infrastructure alongside the product development, to create manufacturing layouts and decrease process flowcharts. He also controls and evaluates the change requests of the OEM. Thus, the start of production is sustainably ensured.
