KORN CONSULT GROUP is entrusted with implementing an interim project in Mexico. Prior to the accurate definition of the scope of attributions of the interim manager, an on-site analysis is carried out by a KORN CONSULT Executive Consultant. The resulting findings are communicated to the customer. The exact scope of attributions of the interim manager was derived from the analysis results and properly defined. After the project was taken over by the Executive Consultant, this project was successfully transferred to a local Mexican interim manager in the meantime.
