KORN CONSULT GROUP in Mexico was commissioned by a global plastic parts manufacturer with an interim quality management mandate at the production site in Mexico. The local Senior Consultant conducts the project in Spanish and English and acts as the first point of contact for questions and topics regarding quality. He also coaches the new quality manager of the factory and is at his side with outstanding knowledge in the quality management system, quality planning and assurance as well as experience in production process and supplier management.
