To improve the quality of a location of our customer in South Africa, we used an Interim Quality Manager with practical experience.
Our Senior Consultant stabilized and continuously improved quality through his on-site presence.
The mandate is planned for 3 months, so the customer will have sufficient time to fill the position again.
Success through transparency creates trust. All KPIs that have to be optimized are known, transparent and improved daily.
Once the replacement of the position has been made, there will be a handover and coaching to continue the set processes.
