In order to cover a short-term vacancy, our customer from the aftermarket sector relies on external competence. Within 48 hours a senior consultant from KORN CONSULT GROUP with practical experience started at the location in eastern Europe to stabilize the quality improvement program. Besides culture and language, the methodical approach is an essential point in the project. To build up transparent KPI’s, the bundled competences of two team members took the project forward. Together with the customer, transparency was restored on the shop floor within three weeks and based on this, measurable success was achieved. A high level of customer satisfaction has been realized after two months and the established processes, as well as procedures were handed over to the new quality manager next to the plant manager.
