For the development of a new quality organization a long-standing automotive supplier relied on the experience as well as on the extensive competence of the KORN CONSULT GROUP. This was realized in the form of a practice-experienced team on site in the shortest possible time. Our consulting team made it possible to stabilize as well as continuously improve the organization through full-time presence on site. The mandate was set for four months, and the client thus had sufficient time to carry out staffing from scratch. The given transparency generated the highest level of trust at all times. After a two-week assignment, the opportunity was created to transparently identify all organizational liaisons and customer focus areas that needed improvement and to continuously improve them on a daily basis. In the course of filling this role, coaching was provided for continuation as well as simultaneous further development of the restructured organization as a whole.
