Korn Consult is assigned a task by an international Tier 1 supplier to develop the management system according to ISO / TS 16949. For a successful project implementation, an internal audit is carried out by an ISO/TS 16949 certified auditor, in order to develop the management system based on improvement potentials in a structured and customer-oriented manner.
