After more than 18 months (Corona restrictions), this year’s KCG Yearly Team Building (Sept. 17 – Sept. 18, 2021) with personal participation, was a real success.
Almost all European KCG team members traveled to the Hotel Brunnenhof in Weibersbrunn to spend two exciting days together.
On Friday, after the official introduction of the new employees, the agenda included the KCG Academy with the topic: “Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt Qualification”, moderated by our team colleagues and Master Black Belt. The presentation was followed by a Six Sigma team workshop, in which the teams analyzed different routine processes in several workshops with service and consulting colleagues using the SIPOC method.
After this point, the annual occupational safety training took place, which was then followed by the presentation of the management team regarding the global and service strategy of the KORN CONSULT GROUP.
The technical part was concluded on Saturday with an HR workshop.
In the evening, discussions continued in high spirits and the get-together was celebrated.
On the following Saturday, the teambuilding was on the agenda. The participants were divided into different, internationally mixed groups and started a “scavenger hunt” in the surrounding area, which led, among other things, to our new office in Aschaffenburg. From Mespelbrunn Castle, the scavenger hunt then went again back to the hotel Brunnenhof.
After the presentation of the Key Figures 2021 and the outlook for 2022, the 2 days event ended – unfortunately much too quickly – and all participants made their way safely home again.
The legal entities in China, South Africa, the USA and Mexico were connected via MS-Teams and were thus able to follow the event with interest.
At the closing, all participants unanimously agreed that it was a very successful event and that the personal participation was good in every aspect.
