The KCG team academy is a unique concept that ensures the exchange of expert knowledge and the building of team strategies. The quarterly event is a cooperative effort between individual members of our global management team. The goal is to encourage further education, foster communication between participants of all our global branches and build team skills through discussions and specialized competence rounds.
It was a blast that we were able to also meet physically many of our represented nations, at the Team Event near Frankfurt, Eschborn.
This third academy of this year was in charge to be over three days full of a high-quality program point, consisting of several presentations of company’s performances, new employees introductions, competence center projects and also four external referent presentations on internal systems applications.
On the other hand, this academy also put a major focus on networking between all the employees, workshops in several teams, teambuilding activities within racing contests, dinner evenings as well as a bit of culinary culture insights of Frankfurt.
The legal entities in China, the USA, and Mexico were connected via MS -Teams and were thus able to follow the event with interest.
KORN CONSULT GROUP is grateful to all participants of this year´s third KCG Academy. The past time has been very successful for our company, and we hope to expand on these successes in the future.
