A plastic processing company commissioned the KORN CONSULT GROUP to ensure the logistics planning for a plant in Mexico. This project consists in two phases, whereas the first phase, the analysis and logistics planning, has already been successfully brought to an end in a previous project earning the customer’s satisfaction. The current phase two of the order provides the implementation of the logistics concept.
