The KORN CONSULT GROUP was commissioned with the management system transition to IATF 16949 by an automotive supplier from the field of injection molding, mold construction, surface finishing and assembly. After an appropriate GAP Analysis and the creation of an implementation road map, the IATF 16949 standard will be integrated into the existing management system. As an extension, the project will now be expanded to the production site in Mexico.
