Korn Consult continues to work successfully with medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and receives another SME Coaching and Mentoring Project. The objective of the project is a comprehensive business consultancy. This is realized through the operational optimization of business processes, improvement of the operational tools and a personal coaching and mentoring of the leadership team. Due to the appointment of experienced coaches and successful leaders, the project quickly shows the first positive results.
