As part of a new framework agreement with a premium OEM, KORN CONSULT GROUP US Inc. was commissioned for a project. The focus of this project is on supporting and monitoring a critical supplier, their capacity – and supply chain process for reliable delivery. The local Senior Consultant has extensive experience in the areas of supplier management, production and shop floor management and thus ensures the results.
