The KORN CONSULT GROUP received an order from a premium OEM for an Operational Excellence project at one of its marketing suppliers in China. After a potential analysis, the expert team used, consisting of a Senior Project Manager and a native-speaking Senior Consultant, supports the jointly developed optimization activities. After the implementation phase, the project will be evaluated according to VDA 6.3 methodology and the supplier will receive further commissions. This generated a WIN-WIN-WIN situation among all satisfied parties.
