A Tier 1 provider from the automotive industry (“interior” field) has contacted KORN CONSULT GROUP again for operational support of its activity in The Czech Republic, as Interim Quality Manager. The KORN CONSULT GROUP Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing the requirements of the client in the production unit in The Czech Republic and the sustainable quality improvement measures. The objective is the sustainable improvement of the client’s operative structures and processes. Our Senior Consultant takes over, as Interim Quality Manager, the responsibility for all the relevant subjects of the project and their successful implementation.
