Operative responsibility

A new customer has an interim manager from KORN CONSULT GROUP. He will take over the operative responsibility within the customer organization, until the appointment a permanent manager, following to support current management team and the employees. The activity takes place by daily integration of the topics at the management and shop floor level and guiding various functions and employees of the customers.
